Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, Prince George, Catherine Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton) arrive at the Church of St Magdalene on the Queen’s Sandringham Estate for the Christening of Princess Charlotte on Sunday, July 05, 2015 in London. It’s a bittersweet tip of the hat to the late Princess Diana, who was also baptized at the church.
Catherine and William paid homage to Diana in several ways, Us Weekly notes. There’s the adorable outfit that Prince George is wearing. It’s nearly identical to the one his father wore to Prince Harry’s christening when he was a young boy. Also, the Royal couple asked Diana’s niece to be one of Charlotte’s five godparents.
George stole the show with his adorable antics – leaning over to take a peek at his baby sister, melting the hearts of the crowd gathered.
